Situated off the R44 with plenty of parking . I just wish we could get a GREAT STEAKHOUSE in the wine lands... ( best I've had has been 95 on Winery) . Plastic food and sauces taste as if they come from a packet sauce....More
We were three couples, very enjoyable evening. Food was fresh and well priced. There's nothing to complain about.
Used to be visit mostly on Sundays lunch time. Stopped there last Sunday and it was closed, locked. No sign posted on the front door. Same sad story today. I miss them.
For Family value, you can visit them on their burger specials they have on monday. Well worth your budget if you have a tight budget but longing to eat out.
We went here twice during our stay in Cape Town. We asked to be seated on the patio area as we had a load of kids with us. They catered for a huge group - all last minute. Steak was cooked to perfection. Lovely wine...More
We had Christmas lunch at Cattle Baron and they managed to keep the service levels up and food of an excellent standard despite a packed restaurant and two sessions for lunch
