Agree with many others. Food is good but the service and management of the resturant needs help. Take out is a great option here.

The worst service dirty place the people behind the register are so rude and dirty no customer service at all slow service don't understand them language barrier

My wife and I have been regulars at Sakura since its days as "Lotus Oriental." The quality of the sushi (and other menu selections) is consistently high, and reasonably priced (though prices have steadily increased over the past few years). Quality here has gone so far downhill.Right now they are offfering 50% of Sushi and 30% off Hibatchi. The night we went we were the only ones in the Hibatchi room.The restaurant was almost totally empty.They have limited things to drink.The Sushi was awful soup very salty.salad we almost not edible dressing was sour. Sushi is grade A, and the prices are super reasonable. We come here about once every two weeks and enjoy every time. The special rolls change which make it interesting too.

I won't be back. Service was incredibly POOR. Management didn't care. Orders were delayed, missed and confused. They didn't honor gift certificate. Meals didn't come out at the same time.
