We've been going to Ridge Diner for almost 18 years now and the only thing that seems to change is the date. The food and service are 5 star!

Like the prior review, my wife and I have been coming to the Ridge Diner for many, many years and always found the food and service to be top notch. That's what kept us coming back. We went for a late lunch on 3/12 we must have caught the third string cooks, since our food was not up to par.... More

I've been going to the Ridge diner for over 20 years and it never disappoints. It's more than a Diner. The variety on the menu is extensive and there are some interesting things along with the regular expected diner offerings. I have relied on this place to be consistent and it stands up every time.

We made a great decision to stop at this wonderful diner. Even with them being very busy the service was outstanding. We had cheese burgers that were cooked just right and very tasty. The soups were hot and home made and the sides all fresh and delicious. We had rice pudding for dessert that was great.

Three of us went for a late lunch on a weekday. Although we are all in our 50's I think we were at the younger edge of the crowd. We has soups burgers and lunch specials. All was good. Service was good and attentive up until the end when we were ready to leave we needed to flag down our... More

The ridge is CLASSIC nj diner dining. I grew up going here. It is and has always been family owned. The food and service is awesome. It is a bergen county institution.

You can always count on a good meal. Food is fresh and service for the most part is good. The new gluten free options are great and I've found they are always willing to work around dietary restrictions.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on my way up north. Having moved out west I really miss Jersey diners. I needed a fix fast and chose one of my favorite places for any meal, especially breakfast. The place was as I remembered- fast service, clean dining area and restrooms and friendly staff. I ordered the Taylor ham and egg... More

Went there today for breakfast. I had the Gluten Free Pancakes and my mom had the French Toast. The food was good. They actually had several other Gluten Free options which is so hard to find-especially in a diner. Our waitress never came over after she brought out our food to ask if we needed anything else. We had to... More
