I never had a bad experience here. The atmosphere is really interesting. They have an outstanding Sunday Brunch.

What a great find!!! I am so glad we took the advice from our GPS. To start they give you these hot homemade rolls with sweet honey butter that just melts in your mouth. Then, the salad bar had a good selections with all homemade salads. My husband hamburger was juicy, thick and so tasty. I had the filet mignon... More

BIt of a ride for us, about an hour from Central Jersey but worth it. They have a great Salad Bar, awesome steaks and desserts. Its all in a western saloon type atmosphere with plenty of seating. In addition they have a section off to the side that often has either entertainment or various dancing on certain nights of the... More

We love Prospectors for their special salad bar and still do despite the dining room food quality slipping. Our chicken parmigiana was under-sized filet and fried to a crisp...not up to their usual portion and quality standards. The chicken pot pie received rave reviews from my wife. Service was slow, sparse and impersonal. We'll give Prospectors one more go before... More

Best salad bar around. They have delicious soup to go along with the salad bar. Their fresh baked bread melts in your mouth along with the butter. I wish this place was closer to where we live. We only come here when visiting friends.

We noticed that the quality of the food is just not as good as the last time we visited. The food was served cold and the appetizers were overdone and just did not seem freshly cooked. The place is filled with nice staff and a great atmosphere but the food is average at best snd even below average in some... More

Great family friendly restaurant that has a wide range of foods from steaks and prime rib to an amazing salad bar. In one of the rooms, there is a train that run around the room. The salad bar has extensive offerings and is a full meal within itself. This is not a gourmet place but the staff is friendly and... More

On the expensive side. The food is good. The place hasn't had an update since the '80s. Sunday brunch buffet is endless

Portions were plenty. Appetizers well worth trying. We had the prime rib. Awesome!! Definitely will go back when in the area.
