What can I say..... a very enjoyable time with a friend at a family own restaurant. Meau very selected and presentation well done. Something there for anyones plate, service excellent. Make reservations. They have setting outside weather permitting. Defiantly treat yourself to fine Italian Cuisine. BYO, Appetize and entree $40 each.

Vadalia is our local go-to place with out-of-town visitors and for a treat. Very reasonable prices for the quality and BYOB means you can really splurge on a great wine. Reservations are a must as it is very small...they do have an outdoor dining area in the warmer months. Seasonal influence to the menu in a charming and intimate setting.

We were making a "turn-around" in Lawrenceville during a search for Italian food that began in Princeton (no smart phones) when my wife spotted this little place. An hour later we were congratulating each other for finding one of the top ten Italian restaurants in memory. The wait-staff, including our waiter Sam, were pleasant and extremely well-informed on the dishes... More

Mouth watering Eggplant Rollatini so delicate with a delicious fresh hand crushed tomato sauce that melted in your mouth. A great starter. The Lemon Sole entree' pan sautéed in a lemon butter with a touch of delicately season breadcrumbs equally delicious and melt in your mouth great! The Key Lime Sponge Cake with Key Lime Icing and Filling was outrageously... More

This duck was a special, not on the menu, but it was the best I've ever had. Served over sweet potato mash, with veggies and came with an amazing plum sauce.

We go to Vidalia almost once a month; the food and service are always very good. Sal, the owner / chef, is a great host and often walks the floor checking with guests when he can. Due to the size, reservations are recommended but they recently added some tables in an extension.

Vidalia is the quintessential small local Italian restaurant, and it's food cannot be matched in the area. The service and atmosphere are great - the owner often checks in personally with patrons and sometimes sits down. The fish specials are excellent, the pasta dishes are excellent, a few of the desserts we've tried are out of this world. Favorites are... More

Restaurant was a little cramped due to it's size but the quality of the meals more than made up for it. The staff has an excellent understanding of the menu and specials. The service was excellent. Make sure you save room for desert.

I can't rave enough of the wonderful evening we had at Vidalia's for our son's rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent and brought out at a relaxed pace. We were not rushed at all. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Could not have asked for a more beautiful evening. Thank you Sal for a memorable night.

The place is small with lots of tables so a tiny bit cramped but the food was very good. I had a chicken dish with asparagus and it was very good came with pasta and served hot $21. Salad/soup is Ala carte. Ask the prices of the specials because they don't tell you and we ordered one and it was... More
