We came in for lunch. We tried breakfast~omelet, burger and fries, and spanakopita. Everything was good. Service was really quick(even though they were pretty full). Only complaint is that there is only 2 bathroom stalls for the women to use~there was a big line of 6-8 women waiting at any time while I was there. Would come back again.

My experience at Time to Eat Diner covers more than ten years. They are, without question, the best diner in Central New Jersey. I will limit my review to the most recent experience, taking my son, on college break, in early January 2017. We were seated immediately and not in a cramped two-seat booth but the full booth, though the... More

My wife and I had dinner at Time to Eat last night, as we have many times before. We both had one of the weekend specials. You can't beat the value and quality. Soup, salad, entree, dessert and coffee for under$15 each. We skip the diner in our town to go there. If it was a little bit closer, we... More

This is my daughters favorite lunch spot. We are there a lot, and everyone is amazing. She walks in and everyone says hi to her. Then we are seated and she will go through the menu with me and place orders. She seems to love everything there. I love everything ive had. Waffles, turkey clubs, pancakes, rubens, and our family... I love diners, but I've been to better. The wait for breakfast was long, crowded parking lot. The food came out fast - eggs and bacon were made well, the French toast was huge, in fact all of the dishes had huge portions, so we realized we ordered way too much food. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered... More

Stopped for lunch today and was very pleased with food and service. Large variety on the menu and reasonably priced. Wait staff very friendly and we enjoyed our lunch. Located across hwy 202 from Somerset Mall - my GPS didn't know how to find it. Will definitely go back.

Sweetest people ever! Amazing food, anything you get I can almost guarantee you will love. I know I do. They're a second family, from the owner to the bus boys- get to know them. It'll become one of your favorites too

Good standard food but go for the specials which are moderately priced and you get more for your buck (soup, salad, sometimes desserts). It gets crowded at peak times so go early or later.

I had recently just gone to this diner for coffee and to meet a friend, but while there I noticed on the menu that they served Polish food, so recently we headed out on a Friday night and the Polish sampler just happened to be one of the specials that evening. So we had kielbasi, pieroghies, stuffed cabbage plus soup,... More

This is your typical diner experience - unbelievably huge menu, giant portions, breakfast any time. The food is decent, though, unlike some similar places, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. I don't understand how they can serve soup or salad, an entree that is big enough for 2 or 4 people, and dessert/coffee for such low prices,... More
