I went for a weekend lunch, and had some good food - the red lentil soup was good, and I was pleasantly surprised with the turkey Reuben, which is easy for it to be dry, but at the Grain House it was juicy and delicious.

Been here quite a few times over the years for lunch, and a few times for a catered affair. My experience has always been very favorable from both a food and service perspective.
Although The Grain House is lovely and cozy, having gone there many times before, I suggested that a friend accompany me for the first visit there. I asked to be seated in front of the fireplace. The young man at the kiosk brought us into...More
Greetings PsiChi, and my apologies for the delayed response. The Holidays are our busiest time of year. We always have many reservations scheduled for lunch and lots of guests request the fireplace tables. I only wish we could add more fireplaces, but the building is...More

Service and the atmosphere was outstanding. Great place to celebrate a holiday feast with loved ones. Choice of four main meals on Thanksgiving gave everyone a great choice. Two hours flew by while four courses were being served. Quantity of the meals was excellent and...More
Attended a wedding there (it was wonderful - food - over the top); the rooms were smallish but were clean and nicely furnished.
Dinner for 35 guests was wonderful. Our party had private room, private bar & access to back deck. Regretfully, it was too chilly to take advantage of the deck. Food was way above what you'd expect at a banquet. Thanks Rich M. All was truly...More
