We visited on Jan 31 this year (2017), a Tuesday evening with a 1915 reservation to celebrate a birthday. We arrived early (around 1850) and were seated promptly, handed the menu and the wine list. Our waitress was attentative, polite, and well informed as to the menu options. The food tasted fantastic, the meze plate was intriguing and the poutots... More

I ordered the "classic moules frites," and the frites arrived atop the moules. By the time I got through the moules, the frites were a soggy, heart-clogging mess, so I had to abandon them. (I did a search on Google images to see if this was a "classic" way of serving this dish, and while a few iconoclasts do it,... More

High end atmosphere and good service but very limited standard choices and high prices not reflecting a great meal. We had the angus filet and was overlooked and lacked the flavor of high end meat we purchase for our home. Squash soup was ok but extremely small. Average rating downgraded for high price expectations

WHAT a meal. The chef focuses on seasonal and local ingrediants which add a variety to the menu. I had the goat which was outstanding. Another individual had the Pialla which he said was wonderful. For a special evening, try Black Trumpet.

Just had an amazing experience during Resturant week. Very intimate setting with great food. Highly recommended for a special night out or "it's been a long day, lets grab a nice dinner!"

We just can't rave enough about the food in this restaurant! Each course left us full, but wanting more for the flavor alone. All is house made from the bread to the dessert. The butter infused with wild foraged mushrooms was to die for. It was served with two kinds of house made bread. The squash soup was unique and... More

My son and I ate here recently and had a fantastic meal. The chef came by our table a few times to inquire regarding how our meals were and give us some background regarding the ingredients, which are fresh and often local. The atmosphere is warm and intimate with restored brick.

The main dining room is in a charming old room; the service is excellent and the waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful; and the food is superb. The menu changes often and is creative and very well-prepared. We started with warm olives, almonds and garlic and chickpea-dredged eggplant fries which were really tasty. The goat was tender and flavorful, the catch... More

Everything was good just not delicious. We had a great waitress. The building itself was very unique I loved it. If only the walls could talk.

It's a nice atmosphere in this place. The food is just totally overprized. Thin slivers of cheese, hardly enough for a mouthful are sold as a cheese platter. Prawns are three lost little prawnlets. So as long as you're not hungry and you go for the atmosphere, you're ok.
