This a lovey place and looks exactly like an old library complete with books that you can pull off the shelves and read! The staff were excellent and the menu was interesting. Food was delicious. Certainly worth a visit.

We have been going to The Library for about 15 years as a special occasion restaurant. It was always excellent with no complaints. Entire staff was college kids ,none of the usual waiters. They have had the best crab cakes in the world. There is no...More

This was my 4th or 5th time dining at the Library. I would have given an excellent review, as I love this restaurant, except for the first time, my steak was not cooked correctly. I didn't complain or send it back, however. I have always...More

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday night with friends. We made reservations and were seated as soon as we got there. This is one of those places that you know you are going to enjoy as soon as you are seated. The hostess...More

Filet Mignon------garlic potatoes----mushrooms. Well, meat was good 7/10. It's all downhill from there! Potatoes....cold, pasty and no garlic taste at all. Asked for some butter and they gave me about two pounds of it. Mushrooms 1/10 Canned and blanched/steamed? They couldn't be any worse even...More

We tried this place for the first time. The drinks were good and the food was ok but a little over priced in my opinion for average steak.

The Library literally surrounds the seating area flanked by old world mirrors floor to ceiling that offers an optical illusion of being quite a bigger space. The seating, though close, still offers an intimate dining experience. The menu does not disappoint from soup/salad to the...More

We didn't make reservations, but were seated in the lounge immediately. Nice ambiance but a little too dark. We all enjoyed our food, however I thought my swordfish was not as hot as I would have liked and also a bit dry. The spinach avocado...More

I haven't had food that bad in decades. The only reason for one star is that the server was delightful. We had the haddock. I wish we hadn't. The Amstel Light kept my spirits up though.

The Worth parking lot, about two blocks away is your best bet. During the summer, however, even it is often full.
