My wife and I stumbled onto this bar while waiting for a show at the palace Theater around the corner. The Shaskeen offers a great choice of beverages with Guinness on draft, and yes they actually know how to pour it properly! The food is...More

We arrived in a snow storm in Manchester to get our marriage license. We are from Georgia so the cold and snow were pretty impressive! We had parked right in front of the Shaskeen so decided it would be easier to go there than to...More

We stopped in on the way to the theater just by chance. The service was excellent, and the food was good. We would go here again. Also the prices were great. On a cold night don't sit to close to the door.

We came to listen to the excellent entertainment and enjoyed an ice cold glass (or two) of Magnum's Hard Apple Cider. Had a late night snack of BBQ wings and delicious tomato bisque. Great time. Oh and the waitress and a few customer's had a...More

was passing through Manchester at dinner time on a nice summer night. Sat outside, to enjoy the weather and people watch. Good beer at a good price. Basic pub food. Only downside is there can be a lot of smokers.

Was here during the New Hampshire primary election 2016. Great service! Not THE BEST food but really very good bar food, and the bartenders and waitstaff are terrific. Very solid burger!

Headed out for a night out downtown. Atmosphere is great. Small establishment, but great opportunity to interact with your barmates on either side of you. They do have live music, but it's in the back so it's not too loud up front. Typical bar night...More

Good Irish bar. Lively atmosphere. Half hearted attempt at true Irish food. Too bad, they could make some $$'s if they paid more attention to the food service.
