The service at Lou's makes you feel at home. It is worth the wait at weekends. Everything I tried was amazing- a real comfort food, but may be a little bit too greasy. The chocolate cake with the personalized happy birthday works out as a...More

My daughter insisted we find this place, and it was well worth finding. She ate here many years ago and still retained a powerful memory of great food. The Reuben was stupendous, and the desserts, out of this world. Bring your appetite!

If you're visiting Dartmouth or just passing by Hanover, you'll have to stop by Lou's. Whatever time it is, get breakfast food. And don't forget to end your meal with a slice of pie and a sugar glazed donut to go.

We went for breakfast. We really enjoyed everything. I wish we could've taken some pastries to go. They looked yummy. I did notice that the waitstaff would help out by making toast and such. I only saw one of them do it properly though. She...More
