I used to love this place and came here all the time. The past few years it has gotten worse and worse. The bagels and bread loaves are fantastic. The sandwiches are slapped together and sloppy looking. Yes, it's busy but take the time to do it right! The drinks are very expensive. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich $7... More

The place was crowded, only two service people at the counter...we thought it would take forever. Nope...efficient clerks, quick assembly people. Our order was ready sooner than expected. Best bet: half sandwich with a cup of soup (the Autumn squash soup was excellent). We still had plenty of time to stroll to the shops.

My husband and I stopped for some soup and sandwich after a long ride. The food was good but the soup portions have definately gone down. The wait was extremely long and the inside of the restaurant was freezing. I generally like Panera and find their food good and healthy but $25 for 1/2 soup, 1/2 sandwich and and an... More

My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner before a local movie recently. The restaurant is starting to look 'dirty' with collected food on the booth seats and the entry area smelling 'like a bar mat' from lack of disinfecting (perhaps?). Cleanliness aside, the food is 'meh', but this time, the cashews on my husband's salad (which were... More

We like the Tomato Basil and Sesame Semolina breads, but we're now on a carbs diet so using our gift cards for other stuff is a better idea. We discovered the Pick Two option off the on-line menu and have liked what's available. Today is a Friday and I came here at 12:30+ to order two meals over the counter... More

Looking forward to my first lobster roll of the summer.....and I still am.....as the one I had at Panera's, Fort Eddy Rd tonight was a poor excuse for a lobster roll made from what I assume was canned lobster, if indeed, it was actually lobster?? It tasted like pink rubber. Do yourself a favor and don't have it at Panera's,... More

I love Panera. Their sandwiches are usually the best. We got two lobster rolls, potato chips and drinks at a cost of +$40.00. It was the worst lobster I have ever had. It was canned lobster, a single to serve in coastal New England. It tasted old and rubber. I would recommend anything on their menu but don't buy the... More

We have been here several times over the years. We often enjoy our meals, but don't always leave full. This most recent time we were there with friends. We really wish there was space for large groups as we had about 15 people with us, but we had to sit all over the place. They should really consider making a... More

I paid $14 dollars for a pick two lunch with green tea. I had tomato soup and noodle salad, and instead of the pick two price, I was charged for the individual items. The portions were smaller, like I would expect for the pick two deal. Taste was fine, price was extreme.
