We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Black Friday degustation experience. The courses were well spaced, flavoursome and presented beautifully. Matching wines enhanced the experience, as did the super friendly and attentive waitress. Absolutely top value, can't recommend this place highly enough. One thing though, the carpark...More

A must when down south. The place is big with a huge range of boutique Beers. The meals are great. The atmosphere great. A big open fire entices you to stay around. Over looks a great lake with water feature. Great place summer or winter

Venue is impressive as were friendly, knowledgeable staff. Food is good & served promptly though we thought our choices were overpriced for what they were. Great range of beer, wine & gin on offer.

Went for lunch on a rainy Saturday. Vibe is good, friendly staff, warm fire and very busy. They distill their own gin, which was very flavoursome and recommended. Go for plain or mint/cucumber, not blueberry G and T in the restaurant, as none of our...More

Hi I'm a little late answering your question however always letting an establishment know that you cannot keep your booking is better than no notice at all. As its last minute a phone call would be the best option here.

Despite the fact our visit was at lunch time I don't recall a children's playground. I'm not sure the venue lends itself to that sort of arrangement anyway. The licensed area of the venue didn't appear to be overlooking or... More
