If you're from Connecticut like me, you probably long for real CT Lobster Rolls (served hot with melted butter), unlike the cold mayo lobster salad you find everywhere else. Well 'Cabin Fever' surprised me as they serve this little-known delight deep in the heart of NH's White Mountains. I stumbled upon this place after a long day hike of nearby... More

We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers in our party. The kids had chicken tenders and ate it all (which for our kids is a big deal). My husband had the Lobster Bisque he rated it 4 out of 5 stars. My Dad and I had the Corn & Bacon Chowder which was great, 5 out of 5. My Mum... More

My wife and I were touring the area around lunch time when we passed this place. I think it said craft or local brews or something on the sign and my wife said "That's the place" so we whipped it around and had lunch. Service was just a little slow with only one waitress but she was very nice. Food... More

Stopped in on our way back to Twin Mountain, had a great cup of chowder, filled with tasty bites of clams and potatoes... Really hit the spot and filling! Had a great burger with pepper jack, BBQ sauce and bacon, cooked to order medium rare... Crispy fries and a nice tap selection of beers as well (didn't drink as I... More

Stopped by for a morning snack. Fell in love with their great pie. A place to goes, even if its 50 miles out of your way, but its on the way to Mt. Washington, if leaving from the Conway N.H. area.

This is our second visit to Cabin Fever, the food was great, but the wait staff are great flexible and service is quick. This time we opted to purchase t-shirts and some Gifford homemade ice cream. We were able taste a few flavors but getting scoops to go. Yum

I have family in North Conway and have visited twice in the past month. Both times we went to Cabin Fever for the delicious fried seafood platter and lobster bisque. The food is terrific, if you can get past the indigestion that the counter help heaps upon you during pick up. The seafood platter was $28.+ and 12 oz side... More

The seafood here is just as good as the atmosphere! It's a little unexpected when you stumble on it, but give it a try. I love that they don't just focus on fried dishes. Pizzas for kids and broiled scallops for grown ups!

My wife and I shared a fried whole belly clam dinner after a long day of exploring. The meal was excellent. Wish we had room for dessert.
