Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

was going to get a bite to eat here until I saw the prices $7 for french fries & $13 for nachos with just chips, cheese, sour cream with tomatoes , olives & onions. Do yourself a favor and go to a local restaurant and...save the cash for the casino.More

They call this one New York BUT it's actually a Chicago Italian Beef which is hard to find in the west. They do a great job with it too -- great Italian bread, au jus/wet, mozzarella cheese and HOT giardiniera. Yumyumyum!

Good selection of deli items, sandwiched and hot dogs. The dogs are reasonable and good. Try the kraut dog.

Ah, the hot dog combinations - too many. Fort me, it came between a Chicago dog and a New York dog. side note though, there are "other" specialty dogs to pick from or...custom order one. They're priced decent and the value can only be measured...by the consumerMore

During our recent visit and stay at the Rainbow Casino we visited all three eateries and this was our preferred choice for several reasons. This is located next to the Primo Cafe and you order at the cashier/hostess stand in the cafe. The girl was...very busy both times we were there but she was pleasant and professional and did her job professionally without skipping a beat. They have a lot of sandwich choices as well as hot dogs and pizza and fries. The first visit we ordered the NYPD Club Sandwich $9.25 and the Rueben Sandwich. We also ordered the Dell Fries $3.50 and the Seashore Fries $3.75. All of the food was prepared timely and was delicious and plentiful. So much so that the next day we went back and ate a different meal there again. The fries are enough to share one order. The ingredients were fresh and you have your choice of three breads. We also liked the casual environment. You can even use your comps for payment.More

We ate here for a quick bite and ordered a Rueben Sandwich ($8.95), Nathan Hot Dog (plain) ($4.95) and a side of Seashore Fries. They have table seating outside of the Primo Restaurant and both are located in back of the table games. The food...took a bit longer than expected to get but there were several customers ahead of us and only one person preparing the food. It was served at a good temperature and the sandwich was stacked with corned beef and the hot dog was ample. The fries were a good texture and flavor as well as enough to share. The area was clean and a good choice. They also have pizza and other deli type items. A good decision if you don't want to mess with a sit-down/waitress restaurant.More

I was here at an off time, so it was kind of deserted and I had to go to another area to place my order, but when the food arrived it was very good so that made up for the deserted feeling!!!

The fries and chili are REALLY good but accidentally gave us a hot dog instead of fries (which we don't like hot dogs). The baguette pizzas (with extra marinara) are really good too and that's about the only vegetarian item on the menu (besides fries).

I ordered a corned beef sandwich and the meat was about 80% fat. It was really bad. Another day ordered a side of fries and the portion was huge and they were great.

We had the pastrami sandwich and went when it was almost closing. The only thing I don't like is no free refills on fountain drinks.

This is located in the corner by the table games and next to Primo Restaurant. The service was fast and seating plentiful. We did not have to wait to order/pay and food prepared quickly. You decide from the board menu at the deli and then...go to order/pay at the restaurant cashier a few steps away. It has a good menu of a variety of sandwich choices as well as fries and such. We ordered the Derby (served on small sub bun) and a Rueben (served on rye) sandwiches and both were fresh ingredients and tasty. We also each ordered fries but could have shared one order. The fries were cooked nicely and crisp. We would definitely grab a bite here again, trying something different each time.More

There was no cashier or a person to take our order. We had to go to the restaurant next door and wait for almost 10 minutes while people paid for their orders from that restaurant, I can understand trying to save costs, but that wasn't...cool. to top it off, the girl who took our order seemed put out. We actually traveled from Montego Bay specifically to eat there. We probably won't do that again.More

This is like eating in a New York style deli. The food is awesome and you won't leave there hungry. There's also a sit down eating area, too.
