Went here during a volleyball tournament. My recommendation is to make a reservation before you go. We did and walked right in and ate. Many times you need to wait 30-45 minutes when events are going on at the convention center. The food was good as always. Wait staff attentive and nice. Will go there again when in the area.

Love this place and the food but don't go here if you have a group. We come here every year for the NCVA volleyball tournament and our girls love to eat here but they have a new policy that they won't do separate checks. One check for all 18 of us! We had to split our $400 bill and each... More

Claim Jumper is a well-appointed rustic-themed restaurant with a very nice lounge and outstanding food. Whether a lunch of BBQ baby back ribs or a wedge blue cheese salad (I like mine chopped), or any of the other wonderful dishes in the menu, you won't leave unsatisfied or hungry. The range of specialty burgers is enough to wish you had... More

We stopped their after an appointment in Reno. We go to the Claim Jumper almost every time we go to Reno. We are usually not disappointed. However, this time it could have been a little better of an experience. If I had to guess, I would say it was just an off night. The food ordered was ok and the... More

My first time at this restaurant, and I was thinking, OK another burger joint, but no, the menu is pretty good and the food was amazing. We had the spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was so good. A great selection of wines and friendly servers. Will be repeating a visit to this place.

Had family in from out of state and decided to take them out to eat at the Claim Jumper in Reno, NV. Big mistake. We get there and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Go to our table and the restaurant is nearly empty. Now I know there's a big problem here. They were very, very under staffed... More

We choose this restaurant for a small family gathering that entailed a celebration for one of the adult kids. The service was good and the food was well prepared and flavorful. The portions were large and we enjoyed a leisurely meal and good conversation. This is a good choice for an evening out with friends or family. There was a... More

Four of us went to Claim Jumper for our 2 birthdays. We started with a glass of wine and told our server Jennifer that we wanted a little while to visit before ordering dinner. She was wonderful. We had an appetizer with the wine and visited. She didn't rush us or make us feel pushed to order. When we ordered,... More
