The quality of the food is fantastic. If you can afford one of the pre-selected "discovery" menus, that's fantastic, too. But there's also a cheaper create-your-own menu option. That's what we did. You can pick and choose items from those "discovery" menus, along with other...More

On a solo business trip I spoiled myself by dining at this elegant and artistic restaurant. As a vegetarian it's often difficult to find chefs who enjoy creating elegant and inspired dining opportunities without the benefit of animal protein. Although I'm certain the meat and...More

Ate here with my hubby for dinner from out of town. We are foodies and were looking forward to the experience. The central dining room of the restaurant is quite nicely appointed with gorgeous light fixtures. We were sat on the dimly lit “pseudo-patio” with...More

If you choose to go to l'Atelier, ask to sit at the kitchen bar. Seeing the culinary team working so harmoniously together is fantastic! The pre-theatre menu at $55.00 is a deal. My husband got that menu, for which you get two courses. I chose...More

We has the "Discovery" menu, a nine-course tasting menu. The portions are small enough that you can eat all nine courses (but ten would probably be too much). Each course was beautifully prepared, and delicious. These are very original ingredient and flavor combinations, so it...More

There is absolutely a dress code. They require at least business casual but it is not unusual to see people in cocktail or formal wear. A dinner jacket for men IS REQUIRED. They will give you one to wear if you don't have... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
