I can't say enough about the excellent, above board service we received here. Our hostess and server was beautiful and personable. The other staff was attentive. Food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.

The manager was hilarious and we were made very welcome. The food was to die for. Recommend the sharing dim sum platter. One of the best I have been to in 16 years visiting Las Vegas.

Noodle Shop claims "authentic Mandarin and Cantonese" food and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Although I've eaten Chinese food from all over the country including NY's and SF's Chinatowns, it could be just that I don't know what authentic Mandarin and Cantonese food is supposed to taste like. But I know what I like and... More

I expected better here with it being inside Mandalay Bay. It was slow service and they were very slow to seat people which isn't a great start to things. The food was average and it tasted the same as my local Asian restaurant. Yes, we got fed and were satisfied but it could be so much much more.

Atmosphere is nice but frankly I've had better Asian fare at the small restaurant in my neighbor and waaaaayyyyy cheaper. I was expecting spectacular flavors inside Mandalay Bay but it was really bland. We had spring rolls, Mongolian beef, chicken chow mein and water for $53. Spring rolls were good, we were seated promptly and service was fine therefore three... More

When first opened the dishes tasted just like home. Now with hardly any Asians staying/gambling at Mandalay Bay --> the dishes tastes less authentic.

We had a nice dinner here. Ordered too much and ate too much. The food was good. The only downside is the service was so slow. Slow to take our order, never checked back, and waited ages for the bill. Food was quick to come though. I wouldn't say stay away, but wouldn't start a Vegas night out here either.

We stopped here for a quick bite during our walking tour of the Las Vegas Strip. The food was not as tasty as most Asian restaurants and wayyy overpriced for what it was.

great food and an average price for Las Vegas. Portions are just right as the hotel does not have much in the way of a mini fridge for storing!

I had dinner at The Noodle Shop in Mandalay Bay while in Las Vegas. I have eaten at this restaurant a couple times about a year ago. The food itself has always been just average. But I was surprised tonight how awful the service has become. They rush you--not only when you order but also when they bring your dishes.... More
