We went here because it was convenient for those in our group who were going to a show there otherwise we would have gone back to our Brazilian steak house of choice south of the Mandalay Bay. In fairness to Samba I won't name it and I'll let you search for that one which is awesome. Here I ordered the... More

Decided to finally try Samba at The Mirage and was so glad we did. We made reservation for 5pm when they opened and were quickly seated. Juan was our main server and our water was brought quickly. We decided to go for the Carnival Rodizio because it includes the Salmon and Steak Filet. Laura brought most of our sides and... More

Ok if you have never been to a churrascuria you might not know how far off the game this place is running. They had only one main waitress for the restaurant, the staff was not friendly or energetic, request for condiments had to be made two and three times. Our meal was half way over before any drinks arrived other... More

Very good Brazilian Style steakhouse in the Mirage--not as good as some other Brazilian's that I have been to as there was no salad bar --salad is brought to you. They have a limited number of cuts of meat which were good--one was quite grisly though. For the price, would not consider it to be a great deal--however, we had... More

It is open to the casino, but we enjoyed the experience and it was our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. The chimichurri sauce is great. The sirloin and chicken were our two favorites. I agree with the other reviewers in that we barely touched the side dishes. Considering Vegas food prices, we didn't think the meal was too expensive.

I had a large group I was entertaining. There was 40 of us. The weight staff was great we were well taken care of. The meal came out in sifts so everybody was able to try everything. To top it off their desserts came out in small shot glass so everyone tried several.

I am glad I went here on my last night at the hotel, otherwise, I would have eaten here every night - the food was that good! This is not your ordinary "All you can eat" place. The food is brought to you. First, you get a basket of little rolls and some garlic and herb dip. That was followed... More

Located at the Mirage this restaurant gives you all you can eat meat cooked on skewers. You flip over a card at your table and they come with more offerings (one fish). The best I had was the top sirloin and the fillet. They charge $10 extra for the fillet but the top sirloin was almost as good.

This was the first time we ever ate at this location. The meal was $49.00 per person for the carnival style. This is an all you can eat location.Starts with a salad (very tasty), the they start bringing the assortmrnt of meats. I feel the price was a bit high for the service. Arrived there around 5 pm and had... More

Description
Named after a form of fun and fast-paced Brazilian dancing, Samba Steakhouse is just as refreshingly exciting, offering an intense amount of meats and wild portions of sides and salads unmatched by American steakhouses. You can feast Rodizio with never-ending meat selections, File de Salmao which is salmon atop banana puree, and more mouthwatering selections in the surroundings of giant leaves and colorful designs reminiscent of the Brazilian rainforest. Whether it's a family dinner or a big party, Samba is the most popular Mirage restaurant for group dining. Everyone can enjoy a buffet of familiar Latin American cuisine made with bold new flavors and served straight to your plate.
