Several of my Vegas local friends have recommended Osaka to me for Sushi. Went in with one of my local friends. Very fresh Sushi. Spicy Tuna was superb. Every roll and all of the Sashimi delicious. They are open until 2am.

So in Vegas where the Eiffel Tower is a replica and the night sky inside a casino is fake, an authentic, first class, and innovative Japanese restaurant should look like an Occidental version of an Oriental eatery. Modestly placed in a shopping strip off the main Vegas drag, Osaka Japanese Bistro contradicts conventional restaurant etiquette. It mixes cooking styles (tatami... More

Osaka is our favourite Japanese restaurant. Period. We discovered it way back some thirty years ago and have never stopped coming. Osaka is way out of the strip and is hardly noticeable from the outside, which makes the large number of diners regulars who know the place and keep coming, like we do. We have sampled almost everything on the... More

On our recent stay in Las Vegas we were looking for fresh and of course delicious sushi. Osaka was recommended by our hotel concierge. This was a wonderful surprise. When we arrived at 3:30 we did not even realize we were still on the lunch menu which is so reasonable. The sushi did not disappoint at all nor did our... More

We visit the Osaka Bistro on our second night in Vegas. The outside appearance of the restraint dose not fit their web page. Once in side restaurant there was very little light along with an overpowering smell of fish throughout the restaurant. The menu in the restaurant was different than the one on-line. Our meal was good; maybe the restaurant... More

The best service and food you can imagine and a relative bargain. We ate Japanese style using the low tables. The restaurant also has hibachi tables and a sushi bar. Never been to a real Japanese restaurant before and our server could not have been more helpful. We ordered house sake and he brought a sample of his best sake... More

We always try to eat at a Triple D joint in every city we visit. We ordered "Whatever Guy ordered" and we were delighted with the noodle soup with egg, mushrooms and a sprinkle of powdered red pepper. The pepper really makes a difference and it is delicious! I want another bowl of that soup right now!

We saw this restaurant featured on an episode of Diners, Drive In's and Dives and just had to go visit when we were in Las Vegas. We are certainly glad we did!! It's off the Strip and a bit off the beaten path but a short Uber ride and we were there. It does look a little dated from the... More

Food was great had the noodle bowl on the lunch special (runs until 4). Plenty of food. Rolls are great and very fresh. Don't let the outside detour you great place for a meal.
