So I decided to visit on my stay during March Madness. First, Circus Circus might be THE WORST casino in Las Vegas. Went Thursday night, the opening night of the tourney and the place was like a GHOST TOWN. Hardly anyone in the place! Only a handful of tables open and hardly anyone at the slots. On to the restaurant.... More

Never would have know the best steak house was in Circus Circus but wow. If you can make your way through the riff raft you will find the best steak house in the town. Old school and reasonable. Great salads with every entree and some of the most delicious beef you will ever eat. A gem.

The food and service here are amazing. It's a quiet, well run, clean restaurant. While Circus, Circus is a dive, this restaurant has great service and food. It is a good value for a delicious meal: steak, salmon, etc., sides included with your meal. We would not miss this restaurant during a stay in Vegas. Impeccable!

We tried for two nights to get a reservation for The Steak House on the Third day we called ahead and got an early (5pm) seating. Service was very good as was menu selection. Bone in Ribeye was large and side of garlic mashed potatoes were also ample. Steak was somewhat on the tough side for a steak in this... More

Two of us - women - reserved a table at this highly recommended restaurant on a Monday night. We arrived and were warmly greeted, wine and bread promptly delivered to the table. We are light eaters so we split the large ribeye steak. Perhaps since we were sharing a meal (and more than willing to pay the $17 split fee)... More

My husband and myself celebrated his 75th birthday here and it was awesome. We like the "old" vegas Steakhouse vibe which has an upscale feeling with down to earth servers who are courteous, funny and know how to make you feel comfortable. I had the petite filet done medium rare, with a side of asparagus. Truly one of the best... More

Eight of us celebrated a birthday late Saturday night (9:45 reservation). Because it was so late, many of the women opted for a salad with the promise of bites of steak from our SOs. Two of us ordered the Wedge Salad @ $15. Historically, a Wedge Salad comes with bacon, tomatoes and green onions. What I got was a quarter... More

Everything about this place lived up to the hype of being one of the top rated Steak House's in all of Vegas. We have visited Vegas several times, but this is the first time making our way to this end of the strip. Circus Circus doesn't have the greatest reputation, but don't be turned off. It is a must visit... More

Outstanding restaurant inside the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino. Elegant surroundings, comfortable atmosphere and professional staff. Food is amazing although pricey. My husband and I both opted for the halibut, served with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and a fresh garden salad. Assorted warm bread and butter accompanied the meal. Absolutely the best meal we enjoyed during our short stay... More

This place has been on my list for quite some time. This is about as old school as you can get in terms of a steak house. You can smell the steaks being cooked on the charcoal grills before you get in the doorway. The meat is on display in the dry aging room as you are walked back to... More

The Steak House has recently been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. The Steak House has been thrilling diners with it's top grade meats served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 34 years. The Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls. The room is rich with dark woods, diamond tufted red leather booths, creating a cozy den-like ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or wild rice blend.
