Tonight a special occasion, we went there for dinner. Sad to report that once again, I found the food to be overpriced and average in taste and presentation. We both ordered the 'cut of the week'. it was dry and flavorless. we asked for garlic...More

When I'm out to dinner for business I don't always get a say in where we eat, that was the case this time. I'm a pescetarian which means I eat fish, but not meat. I don't usually worry when we got to steak houses because...More

Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons in the Mandalay Bay complex has a special menu named "the cut of the week." Fairly certain you need to ask for it by name otherwise you'll only receive the regular, and much more expensive menu which I'm...More

I have eaten here many times so that means I like this place. The food is always top drawer and the service is what you would expect in a restaurant of this calibre. I love the ambiance as it appeals to my taste. The wine...More

The best steak house in Las Vegas, nothing pretentious just great service and great food. We had house salad & surf and turf. Lobster tail was cooked to perfection with some butter and ritz cracker stuffing, and the mignon was cooked to perfection with a...More

Pricey steakhouse! Steak was fantastic. Best part of the meal were the sides- creamy spinach, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Nice bar area inside the restaurant. Complimentary brownie cookies at the end of the meal were delicious. Our server was very attentive and addressed an issue...More

It's obvious this restaurant isn't part of hotel management. At Charlie Palmers you can expect indifferent management, vegetables not properly described ("crispy cauliflower" does not mean "cauliflower in ragu sauce") and slow service. Recommend the hotel change this partnership so that the property can provide...More

We dine out at 3 to 4 restaurants during Restaurant Week and this was by far the best experience. The atmosphere and staff were fabulous. The Surf & Turf menu was outstanding. The Key Lime Tart was a tasty finish to an excellent meal. Oh,...More

People were fairly dressed up. However jeans and a button up shirt was fine. I would think nice dress shorts and a button up would be fine also

What do you do in a town where too much is not enough? If you're Charlie Palmer, you create a steakhouse where big just isn't big enough. Voted "best steakhouse in Las Vegas" by the Las Vegas Review Journal just four months after opening, Charlie Palmer Steak provides a clubhouse atmosphere of quiet luxury—favored by sophisticated diners who want to step away from the bustle of the hustle. Chef de Cuisine Steve Blandino's menu satisfies with dishes like Colorado Rack of Lamb with Ratatouille Tart, as well as excellent cross selection of traditional cuts including a Charcoal Grilled Filet Mignon in Roasted Shallot Jus and a 28 day aged Bone in Rib Eye. The wine list, specializing in Napa Valley Cabernet and exciting new Pinot Noir producers from up and down the West Coast, also offers a wide range of old world wines from the Rhone Valley, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Spain, Germany and Italy, as well as vintages from off-the-beaten path, under the "Wines for the Adventuresome" sections.
