Under the category you get what you pay for, you pay handsomely for the show at Nobu. The service and food delivery is orchestrated and well done with impressive presentations. As a business party of nine diners, we paid a flat per person rate and the dishes were picked by the chef. While all the food was very good there... More

We always try to visit Nobu when we are in Vegas. We took a group of friends with us this time. Everyone was amazed at the food and service, although most thought it was pricey.

Came to dinner with a big group of about ten and what an amazing experience we had. The food was phenomenal! The service was so attentive as well. They always made sure we had new dishes in front of us and that our drinks were full. For someone who doesn't like seafood, I sure ate a lot of it that... More

A terrific buzzy atmosphere. Outstanding staff. Fantastic food. Only negative was that that it was really noisy and hard to hear. A truly delicious and refined meal.

Place is great as always. We love going there for especial events. My friend son-in law used to worked there and he pretty much gave us a whole platter of sashimi and a couple birthday cake for free/ comps.

We enjoyed every bite of deliciousness that they placed in front of us! We stayed at Caesars and this was an oasis within the hotel. Service was friendly and professional.

We had a group so the waiter asked for our price point (from $125pp to over $200pp) and then brought us several cold and hot dishes. The food was amazing, especially the black cod miso. I highly recommend!

My First Japanese/Sushi Restaurant! The Food was incredibly delicious though very expensive. But it was worth a try. I love, love it. I can't remember the names of what we had again. The restaurant was classy and beautiful and a lovely atmosphere. Great presentation of the meals. And the Services & Waiter was awesome too. He helped us choose our... More

Nobu used to be a very inventive japanese restaurant. But over the years they've become commonplace as the other sushi restaurants now offer many of the same items (and probably for a lot less money). I ate there for free (as a comp) and it was good but I'd probably be disappointed if I had paid my own way. It... More

Not surprisingly, Nobu is a pricey restaurant, but the food is outstanding. The food was as good as at the NY locations.
