We stopped in after our show got out for a snack. The flavors were just as deep, but I experimented this time and wished I had gone with my prior favorites. The kids' black bean and cheese empanadas were the best. My pork, plantain, and black bean arepas would have been better without the plantain. My wife seemed happy with... More

Places with lots of gluten free options make me so happy. The staff was SO nice, the place is bright and clean. It was fast and everything we had was yummy. I would definitely go back and work my way through the menu.

I always make sure to stop here EVERY SINGLE TIME when I visit Las Vegas. Located just north of the Stratosphere, this quick stop offers delicious wood fire grilled arepas that will leave you craving for more. Don't forget to try the pastelitos for dessert. The guava and cheese and the coconut and cheese bring me back to South America.... More

My wife and I had lunch at Viva Las Arepas. I had the grilled chicken arepas with guacamole and cheese, my wife had beef and bean arepas, we shared a beef empanada and plantans. We've had arepas many times with my son-in-laws family. These were authentic and amazing. Loved the grilled chicken, you can smell the wood smoke when you... More

Take a break from the Strip's restaurants and head here for wonderful Venezuelan flavors. Their speciality are the Arepas sandwiches. Try the Carne Asada one with their spicy green sauce. Yum-O! And then top it off with an order of fried plantains. They also have delicious chicken too! You can't go wrong here!

The wife and I were recently in Vegas and while riding a tour bus spotted this little gem. We were staying at the Stratosphere and this was a short walk from the hotel so we went for lunch. While walking through the parking lot we were greeted with the most heavenly aroma of meat and smoke. We entered a very... More

Arenas of the best sort. Wood fired meat. They have the best empanadas in Las Vegas. Friendly, and comfortable environment for chow time.
