After the SEMA/AAPEX Trade Show, this is the spot where you can just sit back, relax and unwind with savory tapas paired with your favorite glass of Wine. The Menu is categorized by Sea, Farm, Oven, Garden, Grill and Butcher and we opted for 5 of those options....all tasty but the Three Bean Salad, Beef Carpaccio and Flatbreads were the... More

We popped in here on a whim, had tickets to La Reve and not a lot of time. What a find! We got seated at the bar immediately and the bartender was sweetheart. Cocktails were great (La Cave mule very refreshing and light) - and my husband had a great dirty martini. You can order food at the bar and... More

We had a nice Sunday brunch for two. I think this would be a great place to have larger groups, they seemed to be able to accommodate groups of 8-12 very easily. The food was good, not great. Enjoyed that the small plates came directly from the kitchen. It felt like you had to specifically request some of the higher... More

We ate here on our last evening at the Wynn and could not have been happier that we chose this restaurant. Great food, wine and service! Loved it!

Our group of six arrived late from the airport and decided on a quick light meal. We were pleased with the variety on the menu. The flatbread (AKA pizza) was just the right size for one person or to share with other options such as salad. The bacon wrapped dates were also excellent.

Went to LA Cave in Wynn. It is nice but a bit pricey. We ordered a flight of wine which included Grenache, Sangiovese, Malbec and Syrah. Also had a glass of white from Spain. All were nice to enjoy. Ordered the crab lettuce wraps which were packed with crab and very tasty. The bill was pricey but felt like a... More

I went here for dinner after just walking around Wynn looking for something more casual than fine dining. La Cave looks like it is a wine cave/cellar with a dark yet comfortable setting. The wine list is outrageous as it is basically a book. The food is of the small plate variety. We had the bacon wrapped dates and they... More

This is by far the worst experience we have had to date in Vegas. The hostess sat us without so much as a smile, and the waiter was stiff and condescending. The food unique but not very good. To seat more people, you are stuck at a little table, which should be for one instead of two. If you are... More

If you want a small, incredibly tasteful bar/cafe this is perfect. We say at the bar before La Reve and had the best small plates at the bar. Service impeccable and the food equal to the Mandarin. Love this place. Elegance at mid range price. Do not stand in the buffet line in any Las Vegas hotel; find the small... More

Another fine dining adventure in this exquisite hotel. It is so easy to wander into another great restaurant and bar. Visitors cannot fail to be rewarded.

Description
At La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway you'll savor Chef Billy DeMarco's menu of small-plate items from the sea, farm, oven, garden, grill and butcher, paired with artisanal draught beers and an impressive wine list. La Cave offers three distinct environments-the cellar, the front bar area illuminated from above by a sign proclaiming In Vino Veritas, the rustic yet refined dining room, and a patio that looks out over the elegantly-landscaped Wynn resort pool and gardens.
