Ended up having an excellent dinner at Carnevino on a recent trip to LV. Basically this is a steakhouse with Italian leanings. My friends had steaks that they declared were excellent and cooked perfectly. I ended up having the Saltimbocca which I loved. Sides are family style and also better than your standard fare we just didn't much room for... More

As a Batali enthusiast , I had my eyes on Carnevino to check out as I've never had his restaurants miss the mark. Read trip advisor reviews and raised my eyebrows up to see one and three green circles. Went anyway, and I must report, I don't know what ignoramuses have written these reviews. As far as quality and craftsmanship,... More

Once again, celebrity chefs Mario and Joe have outdone themselves with this amazing restaurant. Eight of us were seated in a private room and the service and food were top-notch. Try any of the aged steaks and pair it with one of the delightful red wines. You won't be disappointed.

Guess if you win big in Vegas and you want a steak this place might be your thing. The other food was ok. Of our large party I'd say five out of ten dishes were ok. 50 / 50 chance of a good meal. Of you are in the mood to take a risk with your money then this restaurant... More

The steak and lamb are decent, however I felt they were overpriced. B&B is a better steakhouse and is located in the same hotel (Venetian side). The best part of the dinner was the chocolate and peanut butter torte. If you have room for desert you must try it! The service and atmosphere were both good.

For what the hipe is...this should be a 5*. And it is not anymore. 8 years ago I was truly impressed but last night was sadly far short. Service was ok at first but then the food came out missing the sauce and it took them 10-15 min to get it out!! A sauce that needs to melt on a... More

I need to go back to this place because I really want to give it 5 stars. The location, ambience, service were all top notch. Our appetizers were excellent as was the dessert. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with my entree. I ordered the Saltimboca and I found it too heavily breaded, tough, and swimming in some kind of balsamic... More

The dry aging for 4 months gives the steaks a unique flavor. Massive wine list also. Service was very good. I will definitely go back.

This trip I had the pleasure of eating at numerous top rated restaurants and found this to be by far, the best dinner yet. The recommendations from the server were spot on. The calamari was delicious followed by the beef cheek ravioli which was so good I could have cried. Best dish ever.

The food was mediocre. By far, the worst part is the staff. Nasty, condescending, pushy, and frankly-not the sharpest knives in the drawer (ha ha). This place should close. Hopefully it will. So many phenomenal restaurants in LV-this isn't one of them.
