I was invited here and it is only 2 miles from my house. It is truly a hidden treasure Endless mimosas all weekend. Avocado toast and the Craft Eggs Benedict. A huge menu with unique cuisine. Leslie was our server and she was super.

I would like to say this has been the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant in Las Vegas. There are many businesses out here suffering due to Covid and the treatment that our party received today, sheds light on why businesses like...this are shutting down and people are not patronizing them. It started with the hostess asking us to wait outside until our party came in its entirety. I didn't have a problem with that accept there were seats available on the inside, ok no problem we waited outside. Our entire party arrived which we had a 10:30 appointment and wasn't seated until 11 am due to the table not being ready, ok.. no problem. We ordered bottomless mimosas and it took forever for the waitress to keep coming to our table to serve us but I did notice that other tables weren't having a problem. When I asked her could have a carafe of the mimosas, she immediately said no. I asked why are other tables allowed to have a carafe. She then went and brought us three. The food was lukewarm and it wasn't that good but between two tables of 6 people, we spent over $200 not including the tip. I guess we didn't spend enough money because upon finishing our meal, drinking coffee, and mimosas; the owner Tammy comes over and starts to clean the table and ask us to leave because this table is reserved. She told us to chug our mimosas, who says that when you are patronizing their business; unacceptable. I didn't know that we had a time limit of being at a restaurant. She said that based upon the governor's mandate of 25% occupancy that patrons can only be there an hour. I expressed my concerns about how this was not appropriate behavior for an owner to treat people regardless of color that is spending their money to be treated this way. She then proceeded to insult my intelligence by telling me that I don't know what it means to run a business. This lady doesn't know me from Adam but from the start, I felt as though they were racist and she said that she didn't care if we came back ever. This has been the worse experience I have ever experienced and with that type of attitude, she will definitely need the neighbor to support her. We drove from North Las Vegas to support her business on Christmas during Covid. This was money I could have kept in my pocket, never again. Service from the hostess, to the waitress and the manager/ owner, goes a long way. If nothing else I know it takes humility, kindness, consideration, and not being racist to run a good business. She needs to be taught the etiquette of running a business and that means customer service.More

Now serving the Valley for five years, and still graciously busy despite the ongoing pandemic, lunch consisted of nine scratch-made seasonal specialties, each familiar yet at the same time innovative and all decidedly delicious. Always well-portioned and fair-priced, a group of twenty-five getting their fill...of sweets as well as savories, it was alongside a simple Salad that plates were piled with juicy Turkey plus all the fixings – garlicky Pommes Puree predictably first to go but quickly followed by tender Stuffing with plenty of Herbs contrasting dried Cranberries. Surprised to see Kale Gratin also depleted in thirty minutes, its texture not dissimilar to Creamed Spinach but the flavor more pronounced, Carrots also shined amidst salty Miso and Honey while CRAFTKitchen’s Cranberry Compote eschews bitter in favor of mellow Vanilla and bright Citrus. Not about to skip Dessert, Chef Blinn’s time as Executive Pastry Chef at Le Cirque, Circo and Red Rock Resort never forgotten, this is not the first time CRAFTKitchen’s Pumpkin or Pecan Pies have wowed this writer, while the Golden Delicious Dutch Crunch Apple version did a fine job of attempting to steal the spotlight.More

I had a reservation set for 11:30 am, I showed up about 5minutes early. My party and I were not greeted or even acknowledged for a good 15mins. Finally after getting someone’s attention I was told I would have to wait 10mins to get seated....I am normally very understanding but after 30mins my party and I were finally seated. Once seated our server and food was great but it just seemed like a disorganized mess with the seating and hostessMore

Thrilled to #supportlocal with an office favorite, CRAFTkitchen once again catered lunch on Thursday, Chef Blinn predictably arriving early with all the necessary items and this time presenting attendees with a Latin-themed meal before heading to Utah and a weekend of coaching his son’s baseball...team By no means a “Mexican” Restaurant, but nonetheless offering Meats such as Carnitas and Chorizo daily as part of Omelets, Bennys and more, it was around 11:20am that Jaret arrived porting several trays and bowls all maintained at appropriate temperatures, a build-your-own Taco bar particularly impressive thanks to condiments including housemade Guacamole, Lime Tortilla Chips, Pico de Gallo and Salsa. Always well-portioned and fair-priced, a group of twenty-five getting their fill with plenty of leftovers packed to-go, it was beginning with aforementioned Tacos that several Hispanic employees praised both Tinga-style Chicken and slowly simmered Pork, the light acidity of each pairing nicely with mashed Avocados bright with Garlic plus julienned Radish, diced Onions and more. Additionally impressing with Ceviche, each individual shooter chilled with Shrimp bathed in Citrus, it was after eyeing “Elote Dip” with skepticism that word quickly spread of it being delicious, all the flavors of Street Corn delivered amidst the texture of Korean Corn Cheese while CRAFTkitchen’s Beans and Rice also performed admirably. Not about to forget Dessert, a platter of Chocolate Tres Leches plus two trays of Churros receiving universal praise, it was as an added bonus that four larger Baked Goods were provided, CRAFTkitchen’s signature Kouign Amann currently dressed in fresh Strawberries while two Cookies and an Almond Croissant stuffed with juicy Peaches were also textbook in terms of texture and a reminder of Jaret’s many years as an executive Pastry Chef from Bellagio to Red Rock.More

Always happy to #supportlocal with an office favorite, CRAFTkitchen’s re-opening on May 1st offered an opportunity to cater Cinco de Mayo, and just as in the past Chef Jaret Blinn predictably arrived early with all the necessary items for a delicious holiday-themed Lunch. Previously taking...on ethnic themes, this the third time for Mexican, it was largely from CRAFTkitchen’s current take-out menu that eight items were presented, savories starting with housemade Tortilla Chips plus a twist of lime that pair beautifully to creamy Street Corn Dip. Always well-portioned and fair-priced, a group of twenty-five getting their fill with plenty of leftovers packed to-go, it was alongside these that guests enjoyed Fresh Salad and sides including Spanish Rice, though a tray entitled Cilantro Lime Black Beans was the biggest hit thanks to expected balance despite otherwise bold flavors. Offering two Entrees, the better Enchilada largely dependent on one’s personal opinion of Tomatillos versus smoky Poblano Pepper “Rojo Sauce,” Dessert continued the theme with Flan and Tres Leches, plus a special gift box including Las Vegas’ best Kouign Amann, an Almond Croissant and a shockingly moist Vegan-Gluten Free Muffin.More
