Only ate here once but food was good. Priced fair, nice service. They offer different flavors of moonshine but a bit on the expensive side

Made the mistake of taking my hubby there for his 60th birthday. The service was super slow, took forever to get the mediocre food, yet the 2 people serving both took time out to spend 10 to 15 minutes sitting at a nearby table to visit with friends. No refills on coffee or soda, and the cook actually served us... More

Mismatched silver, table settings, linens, and furniture! However, ALL of them certifiable antiques! A HUGE PLUS for us! Lovely atmosphere! Food and service were excellent, prices were a little bit high for the area, but well worth it! Would surely return again, but I understand the owners have changed, and so has the menu, so we are a bit doubtful,... More

Pictured is the tri-tip sandwich, onion rings and ground steak. Other meals ordered were BLT and grilled ham and cheese. The tri-tip had no flavor and didn't appear special. The other meals were reported as really good. I had the tri-tip and expected better. Prices were also a bit high for at least some of the meals. They are newly... More

For such a small community, this cafe offers a large quality of food. It's atmosphere offers that of a small town eatery: comfortable and cosy. You feel like a friend there.

“What an amazing experience for lunch! You were recommended by a group of high school students at Dayton State park, and its not often I take the advice of a teenager, but am sure glad we did this time! Your front man and chefs (we only saw one with the bad finger who took our order, did drinks, some food... More

We stopped in for ice cream. They served us at the bar. Very friendly people. They have been there for a year, but they are the busiest cafe in town. Large portions. They even served it in an ice cream bowl.... How 'bout that? Will be back for dinner. The menu looks exciting and inexpensive.

I’m from Hawaii and on a BLAZING HOT June afternoon while visiting Old Town Dayton Nevada 90 year old Uncle Bob spots an Ice Cream sign on an ancient building and wanted some NOW! I spotted a sign that said, “Hawaiian Plates.” (In Old Town Dayton? Can’t be, I must be hallucinating!) We entered the old building, it was actually... More
