I had the trout dinner and it was delicious; my husband had the steak, which was served lukewarm, as were the accompanying potatoes and broccoli - even the small pat of butter served on top of the steak never fully melted. We started with the artichoke dip, which was more of a heavy spread than a dip and was served... More

This restaurant is owned by the same family as the Euro Cafe. Weirdly, the booths are spaced so tightly that it's hard to squeeze in comfortably and feel like you have room to enjoy your meal. The food is absolutely unremarkable, the chicken breast dry and gristly. Over all not a good value for the money--even considering the premium paid... More

Went in for dinner tonight. I had the seafood pasta. Had a black hair in my salad(I'm brown haired) to start. It took us almost a half hour to get our food, when the most tables they had was six. My dish was bland. The shrimp and scallops were overcooked and chewy. I ate most of it because I was... More

A diamond for West Yellowstone with creative and well prepared meals served well. In the rough; the seating was very close. If they removed one table the place would become comfortable. The settings were chipped; two of our bread plates were chipped. A little work on the layout and the utensils would make this an excellent place.

We went there yesterday for dinner, one of the few places open during between seasons. The place was quaint, nicely decorated and clean. We started with the Thai calamari. It was spicy and quite good. We then both ordered the trout. The lady did tells us that it was farmed trout and not wild but we wanted to try the... More

It was very difficult for us to find a "good" restaurant with gourmet style food in this tiny town. Most things were closed and almost everything open was bar food. We were referred to this place by another restaurant/bar but we had a hard time finding it, even though it is on the main street. Signage was not great. But... More

The Bistro offers a bit of everything. I love the panang chicken, seafood pasta and ribeye. Homemade soups or yummy salad with homemade dressing. Be sure to check it out!

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The food is so well done and presented. A real gourmet experience near the wilderness! Very European in flavor. Well worth an evening there!
