Love MacKenzie River. Try the Athenian for a great Greek pizza. Lots of local brews to pick. Business picks up around 5:30 when ski hill closes. 2 great locations...off I90 or Hwy 93 S.

We stayed nearby and this was the easiest choice - but besides the service being s-l-o-w (and it was not crowded) the food is very average. Pizza crust tastes like it's manufactured - not fresh - I wouldn't eat here again even if it is convenient.
This is a little out of our way so we don't go often, but enjoy it when we do dine there. They are on the way to Glacier Park and so get lots of tourists. You will enjoy their salads and pizza. Judy Helm Wright--Author/Blogger & Intuitive Wise Woman
We loved the pizza, customer service, and atmosphere. They had a large selection of pizzas from traditional to some we had never heard of. The best part was the atmosphere. It was fun inside and no loud tvs. We will be back.
Great pizza in it's own style. Great salads. Always clean with friendly service. Some people say, "there's better pizza out there." But Mackenzie river is very consistent and definitely has a style all its own.
The service was great! The pizza was good! Loved the crust!! Lots of choices for toppings including white pizza, olive oil, and the standard red sauce. We split the pizza and had two toppings and it was great. The wines were just OK... not much choice. Would gladly pay a little more to have a little better wine
This place is too cute for words. Great rustic atmosphere, with amazing pizza and beer. The staff were friendly, too.
A well-decorated restaurant with plenty of seating, even outdoors. Don't forget the salads, especially the spinach salad - very yummy. The pizza variety is fine, and you can even... More
We've eaten here several times in our travels to Montana, and have eaten at MRPC in Butte and Belgrade, also. The menu is great for a pizza place and the drink selections always good. I had the hard cider this time for something different and very pleased with the taste with one of my favorites, Mackenzie River pizza.
