I head to the (larger) Co-op every time I'm in Bozeman. Their deli (hot and cold food buffet) changes daily and is delicious, usually with multiple vegan/vegetarian options. You can grab prepackaged cold salads to go (Thai peanut noodles with tofu, anyone?), grab something from the buffet, or order a sandwich; whichever you are in the mood for. Head to... More

We stopped at the Community Food Co-op several times during our visit to Bozeman. It has a great selection of organic food (and is a wonderful place to stock up on provisions for a day trip or your hotel stay). It also has a wonderful cafe that serves hot and cold foods - delicious foods and generous portions. There is... More

Nice hip building on Main Street (and fairly new---within last 15 years). High priced, but if you believe in the organic movement then this is the place for you. Food tastes good no matter your beliefs. And a nice upstairs to read, wi-fi and enjoy some soup or a nice meal served downstairs to be brought up to the second... More

As an organic grocery store with top quality local meats, produce, dairy goods, impressive inhouse bakery, and a deli that makes eating there a lot of fun. Bring a cooler as there's a lot of tempting stuff.

They always have a lot of tasty and healthy options for all diets. Priced slightly high but worth it.

I traveled to Bozeman for work this week and got almost all of my meals plus travel needs here and tt their smaller downtown store. Highest points go to the staff who are friendly and engaging and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and get what you need. They clearly take care of their workers and... More

There was so much to see on the shelves that we had never seen before. Lots of organic, local and artesian stuff, from chips to pasta. There is a wonderful cheese assortment and the prepared foods all look and smelled delicious. We got prepared sand witches and soup to go with our sweet potatoe chips. Good selection of huckleberry merchandise,... More

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good variety. Facility a bit modest. Discounts for members. Parking very tight.

I was lucky to stay next door to the Community Food Co-op. I loved this place. It had a great selection, decent prices and I could grab breakfast, lunch, dinner AND coffee there. The people working there were great and the selection of goods is serious. This is one of the better Co-ops I have been to in the US.... More

Good locally sourced food offered from a buffet which you purchase and then take to a table to eat. We were travelling with our vegetarian son and there was plenty for him to choose from. The cost was exceptionally reasonable. Would recommend this to other travellers.

Thank Michele B
