Very popular lunch place in downtown Bozeman. Look for the daily specials on the blackboard. And - don't forget to drink their coffee!

Everyone I asked told me that this was the can’t-miss place for breakfast in Bozeman, and they were right. I had the cottage cheese pancakes with coconut & crasins with a glass of blood orange juice. Both were excellent & nothing like I’d had before....More

Always a family favorite for us, I try to stick with the healthier omlettes, but sometimes succumb to the temptations of the killer eggs benedict with lox or amazing bacon. Cheerful atmosphere and friendly staff

It is always difficult for me to find a breakfast place where I can eat (no gluten, dairy, eggs...), but Nova surprised me! Not only did they have a breakfast bowl that used VERY fresh tasting veggies, there was gluten free bread (very good). Will...More

The Nova has a full range of breakfast options many created with imagination. For an early morning meeting place to talk and enjoy good food, it is excellent. Though it is typically busy, service remains good. Try it!

Great service, friendly staff. Good food options for vegan/gluten free individuals. My daughter had the breakfast burrito and I had the Greek scramble-both very tasty. Portions were a bit on the small side, which is really better for all of us. However, if you are...More

Great service from Charles who has worked at The Nova Café for over 3 years. Blueberry pancakes (buttermilk!) are the best and the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice is ever-so good.

There is no alcohol served at Nova Cafe. With the strict and expensive beer and wine licensing in town, it is a no go. You may try one of the bars or evening places that offers brunch such as Copper, Starkys or Red Chair.
