I was really unimpressed with my experience. The salsa they brought out with the chips was boring and more of a sauce than a salsa. The chicken flautas were just plain gross. My husband liked his steak burrito and the meat was very tender. I had the chicken fajitas which weren't bad. The chicken and veggies were really flavorful, but... More

Rio Sabinas has become one of my favorite restaurants in Billings. I usually share the combo fajitas. The food is excellent and the meat tender. They make their tortillas in house. The servers are always cheerful and helpful. The beer is cold. There are TVs in the bar.

I visited with friends twice in my recent 8 day stay in Montana. Nice place. Friendly staff. Food was delicious - i had the yellowstone burito with beef and salsa - fantastic!!

The food is fairly good. The service is generally good too. Happy Hour is 4-8 Monday through Friday and Brunch on Sunday is 11-2. They have a gluten free menu that includes everything from Tacos to Quail. Desserts for the Kiddos too.

The "extras" are great-- chips and salsa, free desert for kids, etc. Delicious drinks for a great value. Food is good too.

The food here is just boring and bland as you would expect from a chain restaurant. Tried it several times and it doesn't get any better.

Husband and I went for dinner, being from Texas, we have the best Mexican food you'll find anywhere. I know this is "Southwestern" but it was nothing to write home about. I has the fish tacos, blah, the only thing about my meal that I liked were the beans. They had a great flavor. Husband had the chimichanga and again,... More

The servers on the bar side were friendly and prompt. The Friday night pound of crab night was good although I would be surprised if there was actually one pound of crab on the plate. The option to add a lobster tail was a deal! Small but tasty. The margarita was great. All in all the $50 tab for two... More

We love real made southwestern/Mexican food and Rio Sabinas does it right. My daughter cannot eat MSG so we inquire everywhere we go what on the menu does not have MSG. At Sabinas nothing has MSG. Since they make everything fresh in house all they had to check was what was in source ingredients. We went for lunch and were... More
