This was one of the best lunch buffets. There is a large selection of hot and cold items. There was more than a person should have plus warm and cold desserts. If shopping at Bass Pro this is must stop. Try sitting across from the bar to see their large fish aquarium- pretty awesome.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at Bass Pro Shop's home base. I had the Mahi sandwich and my wife had the shrimp - excellent! Sit at the bar and watch the fish in the huge aquarium.

Well, we did do the buffet. probably the first mistake. but wanted to see the variety. Was really none. Only two vegetable choices. one potato, one pork, chicken, salmon, and some very over cooked popcorn shrimp. Yep only 15$ so we did get what we paid for as far as variety, but quality was lacking as well. The menu items... More

The coconut shrimp is very good, but that is all we can say. The fries were too salty and the fried fish was just okay. Overall the food is overpriced.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the shrimp. Sorry for the slightly increased pricing but we hope you understand the amount of overhead there is running such a fantastic facility including our 30,000 gallon fish tank. It makes such a wonderful atmosphere here inside our must see Springfield destination superstore! More

This was our second visit to Hemingways. It is a fairly upscale restaurant located upstairs in the Bass Pro Shop. They have an huge tropical fish aquarium behind the bar. On the first visit we ate from the buffet. On this visit, we ordered from the menu. The buffet was the usual buffet fare and way too much food. Ordering... More

The service has always been top notch. The dinner buffet prices are very high and our family of 6 could not afford to eat here. Lunch however, is very reasonable and most days you get a great variety of foods and the quality is as good as dinner. We have been once when they did not have fried catfish but... More

Very good brunch menu and buffet. Being located inside the bass pro shop is convenient and the ambiance is wonderful. The regular menu items are a bit pricey so I suggest the buffet which is also a bit pricey but does have a good selection of food.

A great place to eat! The service was fantastic along with the food! We did have to wait for about 45 minutes but they gave us a pager and we was able to shop in Bass Pro while waiting. Highly recommended!

We took doe friends there last weekend and it was wonderful. We have been there before but has been a while. It was every bit as good as remembered and even more beautiful. Service is excellent and food absolutely delicious. Huge salad table with everything you would want, an omelet bar with all kinds of good ingredients to choose from,... More
