It will be busy and you may have to wait, but the wait is worth it. Try the cod tongues (a must to do at least once) - the texture and taste are very much like fried clams. We tried several appetizers and shared one...More

The view was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch while looking out at the view. We were able to buy a few souvenirs also which were a little different than most. Staff friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Had supper at this location and the only thing going for them is the view. Do not have the seafood chowder, everything over priced. The Restaurant was quaint but could improve on their cooking and menu.

Another traveler recommended this spot and we stopped in for lunch. The menu is quite interesting with several Newfoundland specialties. We had bacalau, fish cakes traditional in Portugal and Newfoundland. They were delicious and served with baked beans made a very hearty lunch.

Stopped here for lunch - the seafood chowder was very good and the pies were very good as well. We had the added advantage of seeing whales very close to the shore from the big windows of the restaurant.
