Wonderful experience. Very good value for money. Excellent black truffles menu. Extremely honest cuisine with a very personal touch.

We were taken to this restaurant by a couple of our friends who had been previously and had been enthusing about it for a while. The whole experience was excellent. The restaurant is small and intimate. The chef clearly loves his job, and accompanies the food to the table to discuss how it has been cooked. My French isn't very... More

We went for a special meal. The menu was just right for us, when ordered the taster the starter main and dessert were beautifully presented with minimal delay. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonable. The service was superbly well organised and discreetly competent. A delightful evening but essential to book in advance as it is small and can only... Ate here for dinner while staying in Grignan on a cycling tour. An outstanding meal in a quiet home-like atmosphere. I will admit I am no food expert, but everything we had was very good. And the price was quite reasonable as well. We did not have a reservation on a Thursday evening but they were able to seat the... More

We just celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary in this charming restaurant. We could not have been more pleased with the meal, the service, and the congratulatory champagne toast the chef / owner offered us. The restaurant is aptly named - each course was a lovely poem of creatively blended tastes. The chef bought to life exciting combinations that delighted the... More

Le Poeme I went there for lunch with my husband during our visit in Grignan. Such a lovely village! The place was well decorated and the lady who welcomed us was very attentive and kind. We took the lunch menu at 29 euros. First we got little amuse-bouche, warm toast with olive cream, then cream of asparagus with fresh cut... More

Was there for lunch with wife and son. Very friendly service, excellent gourmet fine food lunch, price to quality unbeatable, seared foie gras on top of cherries and and grilled quail: exquisite! Wine: Gigondas Santa Duc 2012... Perfect.

We had a beautiful dinner here. The place is a little hidden but the food is to die for. Lovely flavours and beautiful presentation. Worth a Michelin star!

This is a small restaurant in the heart of Grignan. The chef/patron greets his customers warmly. The meal we chose cost €38 per person. To start 3 of us chose boned quail which was tasty and tender. The smoked salmon and tapenade tart was another option and was also good. We then chose veal. This was very flavoursome with just... More

We came for dinner and ordered only main dish, although received some epitaizer as well. Everything was tasty, very nicely served, elegant. Service was excellent and very professional. Although it may have been un polite, we looked at other tables. Every one received very attractive dishes, and all were satisfied. We loved the restaurant.
