We stopped in for a late breakfast. I ordered the half-order of biscuits and gravy while my husband ordered eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. The food was good and came out hot. The only issue I had is that the place needs a good scrubbing and updated. But if you aren't looking for ambiance, this is a fine place... More

Stopped in for a late lunch so we had the place to ourselves. Ordered the Bacon double burger and Pork Tenderloin sandwich. I gave the homemade chips a try but did not like them so they gave me fries instead. The burger was really juicy and my husband enjoyed the tenderloin too. Had a nice talk with the owners son... Not the nicest place in town, nor was the food anything but average. But is was home cooking and staff worked hard and were friendly. And it seems mostly locals eating here. Kind of a fun place for breakfast though and we would actually come back.

Large portions for a reasonable price. My wife and I had the Lyndee's Burger (double bacon cheeseburger) with fries and the Catfish Poorboy with homemade chips. Both very good and well worth the price.

Decent food at a decent price. Only had breakfast here & it filled us up. Only one server on duty but she was pleasant and timely. Though she was busy, she kept our waters and coffees filled. Would like to have had some meat in the gravy with the biscuits but that is a personal preference.

The food was fantastic and inexpensive. The waitress was not very kind though. She seemed super rushed but it wasn't very busy.

This is a hometown diner type and it was really good! We were a group of eleven and the service was good. Not super fast, but worked for us. The server was nice and attentive. Would go there again.

We stayed at a bed and breakfast and was given a breakfast voucher for two different places that equaled $7. Lyndee's is a home town diner, very low-key and informal. Lot of local patrons. Breakfast good and plenty. You choose your menu items and pay if over the $7.

Service was slow - the kitchen was slow - not to the point of leaving, but slower than you would expect for simple orders of eggs - the food was average - we expected a LOT better based on a few of the reviews - we will not go back

We had stayed at the 'Up Up Away B & B' in Feb. Lyndee's restaurant is close to where we stayed so we were able to order food from Lyndee's which has wonderful food and affordable prices!
