    best true Mexican restaurant In north county

    The food speaks for itself. I am hooked on the nachos. Time after time we go there and the food quality is always amazing. The service is wonderful.

    Always good eats

    Simply said, if you like Mexican cuisine you'll be happy you visited Ruiz. I always get the chicken tamales and was excellent as always. Everyone was happy with the service and food choices. We all come here often.
