I was in town on business and this restaurant was recommended to me by a co-worker, I was not disappointed. I started with the Calamari Diavola - Spicy as promised. For my entree I had the special that night which was grilled veal topped with portabello mushrooms with a wine sauce - Tender and juicy. For desert the tiramisu of... More

I've been to Gianfabio's for lunch several times and the quality of the food and service are consistently at a high level. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the food never disappoints. For a Midwest location they do a good job of getting in fresh seafood. They have a Sicilian Grouper special from time to time that is... More

The food was excellent, with the Tutto Mare, and Cappellini Mediterranean. We sat in the back, which is supposed to be the nicer part of the restaurant. It was loud, and crowded. I would still go back, just felt that the atmosphere lacked.

Just....wow. The food was just terrible. For a restaurant that prides itself on being authentic italian cuisine, it was far from it. I order the pasta primavera -- simple and usually expertly done by restaurants. What I received was nothing less than a plate of cheap rotini noodles (not authentic italian), overcooked frozen vegetables, which appeared and tasted like they... More

One thing I desperately miss in Little Rock is any kind of local Italian restaurant. So I really appreciate going to Gianfabio's any time I come to town. Pretty upscale for Italian, but worth it.

After a long day of corporate meetings, the boss to the entire crew out to a marvelous dinner at Gianfabio's. Large parties can be a handful but the staff was on top of their game. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and engaging. The appetizers were delicious. The wine list was filled with brilliant choices from Italy, California, and beyond. The... More

I called ahead to check that they could handle a group... I was told yes. When we arrived we were seated at separate tables, but when asked to add more people it was a disaster. Their system would not work that way and they needed to have tables for walk-ins. The place was empty. As we exited because we were... More

We brought in our party of 20. The staff was very unwilling to attempt to keep our party together with an empty dining room. They said it would be to much trouble as their computer system is not set up that way. They also stated they wanted to keep tables open for walk ins. The manager or owner in an... More

This is a go to place when you want a nice/quiet time with really good food that is consistently GOOD. The wait service is as good as the food, it's family owned, been around for a longtime and can always be counted on for a Great meal.

This is our go-to place for special occasions. Never have we been disappointed. Sad that our favorite waiter, Joe, is no longer there, but still an enjoyable dining experience.
