Had a nice quiet meal . The Friday Fish was excellent. Service was great! Found a needed item in the Old Country Store, an enjoyable visit.

We made two visits here while in Branson. Don't be in a hurry because you will have to wait a while to be seated. They are under staff and lot of people come here to eat. The food was good but service was not that...good. We had the grilled chicken tenders and meatloaf which was favorable. The cornbread and biscuits go so well with the meals.More
Absolutely do not waste your time eating at this location. The service is aweful. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. That is not a big deal given its Cracker Barrell. Once seated, my family waited 25 minutes to even see out waiter. He took...our order, then returned 45 minutes later to say he had only put our order in half way, then had deleted the order. As I looked around, it was absolute chaos. Tables crammed full of families, waiting and waiting for service. This location appears extremely understaffed and no one gives a damn if your there or not. There was no one around to discuss our issue, yet; more proof of poor management and service. Go to IHOP. They are open, seat you immediately, and acknowledge your there to eat. Service was phenomenal and hot food was on the table in 20. Do better.More
Since we don't have a Cracker Barrel near us, we always try to have at least one meal and shop here when in Branson. The server was professional and attentive and the rest of the staff friendly and helpful. We both ordered the chicken strip...meal and had enough left to take back to the hotel for a second meal.More
Not the same Cracker Barrel of old. Pancakes were greasy with no flavor. Waitress was less than happy to be working. Definitely better places in Branson to eat.
This was our first time to eat at Cracker Barrel in several years. If the food has been this good the whole time then we have really missed out! We had the meat loaf, the country sampler, fried chicken tenders and grilled chicken. The chicken...tenders were perfect! They were crisp and flavorful. The meat loaf was extremely tasty. When you add in the biscuits and cornbread you have a perfect meal. My two year old grandson ate off everyone's plate and he liked it all.More
Our first time visiting a Cracker Barrel and certainly will not be our last!! Firstly, we love the shop connected to the restaurant, there are so many amazing things to see and purchase, it’s worth a visit just for this! There was a small line...for the restaurant, but we were seated within 5 minutes. The menu is large and caters to all tastes, with multiple options standing out to us so it was difficult to choose! We opted for two breakfast specials, Cheesecake Stuffed Pancakes, with a side of stewed apples and the Hashbrown Casserole with scrambled eggs, lots of cheese and garlic buttered steak tips. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly and the décor and design of the restaurant was also really cool, harping back to the good old days. The food was amazing, especially the hashbrown casserole which was one of the nicest breakfast dishes we have had in a long, long time! HIGHLY recommend, and we will absolutely be back!More
I was very disappointed. The sald was good as was chicken tenders but the fried okra was tasteless cardboard. No flavor very bad. I've tried other cracker barrels and they were much better. I asked for gravy and mine was bad totally different than what...my wife had. I think they put bacon grease on it.More
We visited on a Friday morning. Were told wait time was 35-40 minutes. After 40 minutes, we were told they could only seat our party of 6 at 2 tables, so we chose to wait. Immediately after that a table for 11 was made available;...then 10 minutes later, a party of 9 was called. I went to the hostess to question this and was not given any semblance of a reason, but she said she would be sure to seat all 6 of us at the same table. After a full hour, we were shown to our seats. Our food took at least 30 minutes to arrive after our order. Yummy eats, but will not be returning.More
We needed a late lunch after a busy morning and we came here. Our waiter, Mike was great! The kiddos went for pancakes and sausage. Hubby had the breakfast platter and I had the maple bacon chicken BLT. It was all delicious! We had a...great meal for a decent price and awesome service. Two thumbs up!!!More
Great evening, good meal and great value. Richard, our server is a credit to your restaurant. Too much food for us so we doggy bagged.
A credit to its name. Great service and food. And server was attentive. No complaints. We always eat breakfast here and it always comes tasty.
We are local to Branson and I am a retired Cracker Barrel employee. Our visit on July 1 was a disaster. Our server was quick to take our order and bring our drinks and a basket of warm biscuits/cornbread. That's the good news. When she...did return with our food for a 4 top it was cold. The Mac & Cheese, the dumplings, the meat and sides were all a congealed. The plates were Cold 🥶🥶🥶 to the touch. It was if everything had been put in the freezer. Our server NEVER came back to see how we were or if we needed anything. No drink refills. I realize that this particular location is a known "tourist trap" and can get away with this kind of service. We talked to a manager on duty who offered to "comp" our meals but we went ahead and paid. It was not busy at 5:30 and there were at least 3 servers working in our area. We had one other problem with this location before on not getting a server to wait on us after waiting over 15 minutes after being seated. We got up and left. I feel sorry for the tourists that get taken advantage of and think this is the "Cracker Barrel" standard.More
This cracker barrel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good for the price. Lots of shopping selections as well.
Good food and good service. I work for Cracker Barrel and still enjoy eating there while traveling. We took advantage of the $5.00 take home specials.
