I am not a huge Bagel fan, but my family loves them so I agreed to go for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that all bagel toppings can be served on polenta! Oh my goodness... polenta with Swiss cheese, egg whites, scallions, cucumber and cream cheese was out of this world! The Petunia coffee was piping hot and very aromatic.... More

Bagels are soft, chewy and tasty. There are a number of different specialty bagels which go well with toppings or as a sandwich . We chose the jalapeño and cheddar bagel with egg, ham and Swiss cheese. A great breakfast bite. There were two good choices for coffee, but for an all star breakfast stop, I'd like to see a... More

City Bagel is better than ever. And that's saying a lot. This iconic college town relaxing spot has fantastic food. And a bigger and better selection than ever.

I've eaten here many times and ordered sandwiches, bagels, and desserts. It's always fun and family oriented. It has a lot of college students too.

This place is great for outdoor breakfast! They have great bagels (especially the pizza bagel) and coffee. I like to bring dogs to sit with us outside!

I have frequented this establishment many times over a period of 5 years, both personally and for business lunches with colleagues. I have found that the staff and management are not personable. I have looked past their personalities based on the quality of the baked items (especially the faccacia bread) and the yummy club sandwich. Truly the service has impeded... More

I have been going to City Bagel for breakfast or lunch (and the occasional Italian night dinner) for more than 20 years. Until recently, the restaurant was owned and run by Mary and Joe Tkach, but they trained the new owners so it hasn't changed very much, and that's a good thing. City Bagel has always been known for its... More

We got there at just the right time on a game day Saturday. They had a game day bagel (maroon, of course!). Bagels were good. We've also been there for Italian night, very tasty as well. Pizza bagel was yummy, as was just the plain butter & cinnamon sugar.

Can't go wrong with this spot, fresh bagels made & cooked daily. Great for coffee/breakfast in the am and also offering a "brown bag" Italian nights Wednesday - Saturday with delicious pastas. Pastry chef is putting out some amazing stuff! A must visit.... A+ spot!
