Was not real happy here, service was below average, menu was mainly hamburgers, and they weren't great, (I love hamburgers) not a lot to choose from for a pub either, just didn't have a nice feel over all!

I complained to manager and when he went into the kitchen to show the chef, I saw the chef laugh it off like it... More

Such potential, such missed opportunity - the management of the Tower Hotel needs to take a long, hard look at themselves because while you have put lipstick on the pig - it's still a pig. Your staff could do with some customer service training, like learning how to remove dirty glasses from tables as customers leave, wiping down tables, greeting... More

Haven't been here for over a year, but wasn't terribly impressed. Have heard this have improved, so we decided to try again. Though not brilliant, it was much better. Will return.

Visited for a family birthday dinner.....from the start the customer service was poor and progressively worsened as the evening continued. On arrival, not a staff member was keen to meet, greet or seat us, despite our booking for 11 x people. Once our table was located, we were met by disgusting, sticky table menus, not offered the kid's menu for... More

Had seen the sign many times, so just had to stop. Had the (cheap) bacon and eggs dish. Was enormous, and couldn't eat it all. Great place to sit outside and watch the bikes start their going up Norton Summit. Coffee was fairly good as well
