Frying chicken make you tend to feel better about life. Get the Chicken, the rolls, and the bread pudding. No way to have a bad day after this. Went out of the way to try it and will do it every time from now on.

Food was delicious, service was awesome and the ambiance was fantastic. We sat outside under the large patio, it was a beautiful day, and it couldn't have been better!

I love this place! It reminds me of my Great Granny's house. The food is excellent home cooking. I always go when visiting Jackson.

All around good service, all dishes were more than fairly well prepared and flavorful across the board but nothing that stands out. The locals have awarded this eatery with the best fried chicken in town many times. I disagree because if you can't beat the entrenched familiars like Church's. (when cooked in clean grease) or Pop Eyes marination or even... More

Get the catfish!! Best catfish ever! Also the craziest best bread pudding on the planet. With its quaint house like setting you feel like your a guest at your best friends moms house and the food is better then your moms!

Lunch is served buffet style. There are always 3 or 4 meats to choose from and lots of veggies. There is also a salad bar. The bread pudding is excellent-all of the desserts are really good-hard to decide sometimes which to have. If you are going for Sunday lunch get there early or there will be a long line.

This place is great for a business lunch. We had group of 6 and it's nice that the food is a buffet. Quick in and quick out. I thought the staff was very friendly.

I don't understand how they get away with charging $12 per person for food that doesn't even taste as good as school cafeteria food! Some of the food wasn't even warm, and the corn muffins are inedible. One star for the tasty sweet tea.
