You're crazy if you eat at this place. My wife and I went there to eat, after I told her "let's try a new local restaurant that we've never tried." So when entering the place, it's divided into two different sections. We stood there for about one minute trying to figure out if we were to seat ourselves or a... More

We saw the bad reviews & almost didn't go to this out of the way cafe. What a mistake that would have been! We stopped here for a quick lunch. We had one of the daily specials. I ordered the hamburger steak which I never do. It's his favorite so we ended up with the same thing which never happens.... More

Cheese omelet was served hot still can do better myself. Tasteless along with the toast. Home fried potatoes were just ok. Moving on!

With so few options for breakfast in the area, we decided to try this local place. What a mistake! There's no one to greet you and no sign that says "seat yourself." Another customer had to greet us and let us know. The tables were sticky and it took a few minutes for someone who worked there to actually acknowledge... More

Perhaps the only thing worse than the mediocre service was the breakfast. Food was cold, hard over eggs were runny, "butter" was whipped spread. Will not go back.

Prices are ok and food would be tasty if it got to the table before being stone cold. It wasn't busy, so no excuses. Would never go back, service was TERRIBLE! The owner needs to make a total revaluation before they lose all their business........

When we saw other reviews that it is a little slow, we decided to go as we weren't in a hurry. BIG MISTAKE! There are no words that describe service that is totally disorganized, took an hour for the first of our party of four's order to come, another 10 minutes for the next order (which also was incorrect). The... More

We go here many times after church on Sundays. We really enjoy the affordable and wonderful plate lunches they have that includes a dessert as well. Service is friendly as well. Great local fare.

Great sat morning Beignets if you like them light fluffy and crispy! Service was good. There is a drug store across the street that is also famous for Beignets in the morning but they were closed, so we felt lucky to find Port city Cafe. It has good old fashioned homey feel that is fun on vacation with nautical theme.

Went for breakfast, they weren't even busy.Took forever just to get drinks, then other people came in behind us.They were waited on before us,got their food before us and that pretty much sets the tone for this review. The food wasn't much better than the service.
