The food was very good but overpriced in my opinion. The menu is small and they are only open for lunch. You go up to the register and order and you bus your own table. The interior is very farm chic, much like Joanna Gaines would design on Fixer Upper. I was annoyed at the host who informed us when... More

We were visiting the blues museum on a weekend trip with friends to "blues country". We used trip advisor and found this place. It's run by a Canadian women who is committed to fresh local food. It's only open for lunch. It's in a funky light filled " shack" next to the museum. You order from the counter and sit... More

The tuna tacos are the best you'll ever eat and the pork tacos aren't shabby either! Cold, cold beer and a very casual atmosphere but the eats are fresh and made to order and the service is friendly and southern and what more can you ask?

I can see why this place is rated so high- yummy! Since we are never in the area for lunch, we were thrilled to hear they were offering a special Valentine's seating on Saturday night - 4 courses of the most inventive, scrumptious food! We had to take dessert with us we were so full. And they were just as... More

We were sent here for lunch by the owner of Cathead and it did not disappoint. The food was superb and the restaurant was really cool. I definitely recommend giving the seared tuna tacos a try. I could've ordered another batch of that goodness!

A local told us this was one of the best food places in the city. So we stopped by. Bustling at the noon hour, on a cold winter day. I had a very good burger, interestingly seasoned, and served up quickly. My partner had a grilled pimento cheese sandwich, which looked good, but she rated only average. Small selection of... More

It's not often that you arrive in a town surrounded by dirt, and find incredible seafood, but the fish tacos at the Oxbow are incredible. We had Gumbo and a burger, and those incredible fries and of course the fish tacos. Nothing else we had on this trip topped the tacos. The gumbo is also incredible. Rich, delta flavor. Can't... Yummy food at this cute little restaurant. Order at the counter and take a seat. The fish tacos are the best. The fries and soup are excellent. Can't say anything bad.
