We have come to love this spot. It isn't the fanciest but the service and food are outstanding! Wish they would invest in some updates and a better bar. Yet you will love the food and drinks.

If you like savory Mexican cuisine in a queso sauce, El Loro does it well. The Savage location has a lively atmosphere and the 34-oz beers add to the fun. Good service and reasonably-priced entrees.
We have eaten in countless Mexican Restaurants across the nation and this one is the lower 10%. I had high hopes given it's only 10 mins away, but it falls short. Unfortunately, we also received very poor service.
