The décor is fantastic and the service very good. Enjoyed the grilled shrimp ban and the jasmine tea. The prices are moderate to high. Portions are generous. I was surprised that a place that looks like this has disposable paper table covers. What, no crayons?!

The service was quick, the food was delicious, the atmosphere lovely. We stopped by the coy fish on our way out.

The food was quite good but the service a little slow. The appetizer beef rapped onion is amazing and the noodle salad is excellent. The restaurant itself is quite nice. They did a great job decorating.

A good gathering place for groups. A nice atmosphere, comfortable large airy space, and good service. But the food is unremarkable, especially given the fact that there are so many local restaurants along University Avenue nearby that have excellent food. I would only chose Mai Village if I wanted a comfortable setting for large group and I didn't care that... More

This is a nice family owned restaurant. The food caters to the American taste, but is still respectable. We've eaten there several times, and they serve a consistent product.

This Mai Village it's funny. Their food is boring and cater to white folks who have no taste in real Asia food. It's funny I went with my Asian friend and the waitress works not look at her, but she was ok with me cause I'm white. Very funny!!! But the food is not authentic, it's Americanized and it does... It has been a while since last here. If anything has changed, it is the food. Always good, but this time it was excellent. Three of us and,we all tried something different. I had beef and vegetables, delicious. All served with white rice or stir fry. My friends had two different kinds of chicken and each came with a bowl... More

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Easy access from the Green Line (lite rail). The restaurant creates an environment of grace, quiet, calm. Enter the dining area by crossing a lovely bridge and the surroundings just become more and more beautiful. So glad this gem is in the City of Saint Paul's crown.

My second experience. We had spring roll appetizer, which I normally love at bayfront bluesfest out of a truck. They were flat in flavor, barely mint and no cilantro. The peanut sauce had flavor only in the chopped nuts as garnish. Mom had never never had spring rolls and was not a fan and only ate 1/2 of one. (She... More
