Great cheese curds! I love the toasted bun for the burgers. Inexpensive, tasty food in a nice neighborhood environment.

Sandy's has the best burger in the Metro for your buck, in my opinion. Custom-ground beef, perfectly toasted bun, classic toppings. Nothing fancy, just perfectly done - the burger ideal achieved. Fans of olives must try the olive burger. There are also good fish sandwiches for those who avoid beef, and many different side options, including excellent fries and onion... More

This was my first time here... not sure why since I've driven by it several times but it was. A friend raves about the burgers so decided the kids and I would try it. It''s a tiny little place but decent size parking lot... which was full when we got there for lunch. Walked in and almost every single seat... More

Nothing says I love you like an olive burger! This is a place that has been caught in time for the last 30 years, and it's menu hasn't changed. They do burgers and their specialty is an olive burger. O-live-you... The booths loved in and nostalgic with wear. It's hard to believe this place is in the city and not... More

What a really friendly, neighborhood tavern. Walked in and felt welcomed right away. The server, didn't catch his name, made a connection with my son right away and was very friendly. We started with drinks and cheese curds and when it came time to order, got good advice on amounts of sides. We were just looking for a place to... More

If you are looking for a good local burger and beer place this is a good pick. Now the draft beer selection is not huge, but the great burgers make up for it. The place itself is a small classic corner bar that has a great feel to it, just good food and good people. Even has off street parking.

I've been coming here for a few years. Burgers are solid, fries nice and crisp. I usually eat at the bar and service has always been fast and attentive. Not the best burger in town (that would be Matt's), but very good indeed. Bring cash, no credit cards. Pool table available if you're so inclined.

The service staff was overwhelmed and apologetic. Personally waiting 45 mins. for my meal is excessive. Burgers constantly get rave reviews but I was not really impressed.

First time visiting this establishment and I live only three blocks away!! Had one of the best burgers ever and big! It was very juicy and very flavorable. Have to ask for cooked onions which were perfect. Fixed perfectly. Had tater tots before dinner and they were great. The staff was very friendly. Will go again and again and again!!!

The staff is amazing and friendly! They haven't developed the stupid "cash is trash" policy. They are real down to earth people with real down to earth food! Couldn't ask for a better environment to enjoy a burger and a beer.
