I love the pastries! The best European pasteries and artisan breads! The donuts, and cakes are excellent as well! The coffee is quite good as well

Edelweiss is a small corner bakery with delectable pastries that you just can't pass up...and a super alternative to the franchise coffee shops. Good selection, reasonable prices, plenty of seating, friendly staff, kid-friendly (sometimes too much so), right on the way to a set of...More
Small town atmosphere, friendly staff, 5 or 6 coffee choices besides the specialty drinks. Bakery items are great; also a breakfast and lunch menu. An older gentleman that lives across the street comes to play piano when he feels like it - very nice!
A true, long established local treasure, Edelweiss is a cozy bakery with delicious food offerings (breakfasts, lunches) as well as a whole array of baked goods: bread, donuts, danish, cinnamon rolls, and exquisite fruit tarts. Staff is genuinely friendly and cheerful.

Bakery has items that are flaky when they should be, including croissants. Great chicken salad sandwiches with lots of chicken made on your choice of their breads. Cakes and cupcakes are beautifully done!

Wife and I both had a nice breakfast sandwich. Service was really quick and with a smile. We also bought a loaf of their sourdough bread which was a good buy. We'd return here in a heartbeat next time we head towards Mystic Lake.
