Went for dinner, and experienced very mediocre service. It was the start of "Restaurant Week," so three from our party ordered off the special menu. The entrees were TINY (about 3 inches in diameter), placed in the middle of a large plate with no sides....More

After hearing about The Oceanaire for years, we were very disappointed in the quality, quantity and service at this restaurant. All 4 of my scallops were gritty, the sea bass very small, side mushrooms were flavorless and the roasted beets were too sweet and gooey....More

Oceanaire Minneapolis has a beautiful cruise ship decor as you dine without feeling rushed or hungry. Family-style sides are well portioned and delicious. Cocktails are funky yet familiar. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for groups of 8 or more as seating is limited for that...More

Went for dinner given the reviews read. Not as good as it is claimed to be. Food is expensive and taste not as good as you would have expected at this price point. Presentation was not as sophisticated in the dishes. Staff is friendly and...More

Thoroughly enjoyed an early dinner at the bar! Upon arriving I discovered their happy hour menu - so many to choose from made it difficult to decide. Ended up with mussels and calamari! Mussels were very good and calamari was fantastic! Service was also very...More

very nice menu variety and a Wonderful Place to have dinner for a special event. I went for my birthday and the menu was customized just for me. I recommend the grilled octopus and seared tuna, save room for dessert

I do not recall ever having seared tuna as good as I had at Oceanaire on a recent trip to Minneapolis. The freshness, preparation and presentation of the tuna--and the rest of my meal--were amazing. The service was exceptional as well. Along with this fantastic...More
